Togeto (2023–2024)

A colleague from a previous project invited me as CTO to help build a digital ecosystem for a logistics company. The team (2 backend, 1 frontend, 1 Android dev, 1 DevOps, 1 QA) delivered the MVP in 2 months, including a staff dashboard, mobile app for drivers, and Telegram tools. I also stepped in to support lagging areas, helping with development and ensuring deadlines and system requirements were met.
